Here are a few examples of my fabric “paintings”. Fabric allows me to use color quickly and forces me to be loose in my compositions. Batiks and hand dyed materials work perfectly in fabric paintings. However, prints in some pieces make the painting come to life. The stitching is done on a sewing machine.
